Executive Summary
US company Lasermedics has completed two acquisitions with the aim of consolidating its orthopaedic and rehabilitation operations. The company bought Texas TENS, which markets electrotherapy products, and Gatti Medical Supply's homecare division, which supplies rehabilitation markets. Terms were not disclosed. The acquisitions are expected to contribute some $3.2 million to Lasermedics' 1997 revenues.
