Nearly 250 bottles of Alternative Health & Herbs Remedies' eye rinse products are being voluntarily recalled following an FDA inspection of the Albany, Ore.-based firm's manufacturing facility. The agency determined manufacturing conditions and controls were insufficient to produce sterile products.
