Collegeville/Imagineering warning letter

Dec. 10 FDA warning letter to Collegeville, PA-based firm states that samples of Halloween Glow Cream Makeup collected during an inspection of the company's Phoenix manufacturing plant contain zinc sulfide, an unapproved color additive. FDA notes that the product is adulterated and "in serious violation" of the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. FDA warns firm that failure to take "prompt action" to correct the violation could result in seizure and/or injunction of the goods in question
