Names Boca Raton, FL-based Model Imperial Sales Company Ltd. as an additional defendant in a trademark infringement lawsuit filed Dec. 22 against Federal Airport Transport Services d/b/a FAST and Marshalls ("The Rose Sheet" Jan. 17, p. 12). Estee Lauder alleges that Model Imperial Sales bought the repackaged Estee, Youth Dew and Private Collection fragrances in question in the suit from FAST and then sold them to Marshalls. Also, a temporary restraining order issued by the court Dec. 23 barring the defendants from infringing Estee Lauder's products was extended through Jan. 28
