FDA cosmetics consumer use survey

Agency's Office of Cosmetics and Colors conducts a national telephone survey of 1,600 people to determine use patterns for cosmetics products. The survey requested information such as what categories of products consumers use and how often. FDA expects results to be available in four to six weeks. The agency will use them to prioritize scientific research and to develop exposure estimates
