Oui-Non by Kookai teen fragrance is rolling out to selected European countries in late 1994. The fragrance bowed in France in July. The Givaudan-Roure-supplied scent has top notes of Florida orange, grapefruit and wild narcissus, and the heart features papaya, peach, freesia and jasmine. The base notes include amber and vanilla. The rectangular clear glass bottle curves in slightly at the waist and has a wide curved top reminiscent of the roof on a traditional oriental building. Currently, no U.S. launch is planned. Oui-Non comes in a 15 ml pour and 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml sprays and pours and a 75 ml body spray.
