Executive Summary
Files suit against Chicago-based hair care company Evron Industries alleging that it is selling hair care products in containers that infringe P&G's package design for Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner and Head & Shoulders shampoo. The suit also charges that Evron is infringing the patent of Pantene Pro-V's 2-in-1 shampoo technology.
