Cosmair division appoints Lawrence Flanagan to the newly created position of assistant VP of skincare marketing. His new responsibilities include overall marketing strategies for L'Oreal's Plenitude skincare line and exploring new business opportunities for the brand in the U.S. Flanagan's previous position was marketing director for Cover Girl at P&G. Also, Pamela Gill Alabaster is promoted from marketing director of the Plenitude skincare line to assistant VP of marketing-color cosmetics.
