Bliley vowed: "I promise you, this session in the Commerce Committee there will -- repeat, there will -- be reforms in the way FDA does business." Hearings on FDA could begin in the House as early as the last week of February in the Commerce/Oversight Subcommittee, full committee Chairman Rep. Thomas Bliley (R-VA) said.
