GSA funds for FDA campuses: The $164.4 mil. that the General Services Administration has requested in its FY 1996 budget and the $45 mil. appropriated to GSA for FY '95 will to go towards the Phase 2 consolidation plan for FDA campuses in Montgomery County and Prince Georges County, MD ("The Rose Sheet" Dec. 12, In Brief).
