Executive Summary
P&G v. Den-Mat: Procter & Gamble settles lawsuit against Den-Mat under a consent agreement filed Feb. 24. Although Den-Mat claims it "long ago dropped the ad in question," P&G says that Den-Mat must discontinue the print ad for Rembrandt toothpaste that P&G said infringed copyright on an ad P&G developed for its Crest toothpaste.
