Under the licensing agreement, APS will oversee the "manufacturing, sales, marketing, distribution, and product development" of Neet in the U.S., the company reported. While APS provided no up-front payment for the U.S. rights, the company has agreed to pay Reckitt and Colman royalties based on a percentage of third party sales.
