NAD/University Medical: National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus refers University Medical Products USA's advertising to the Federal Trade Commission after the firm indicated that it would not participate in NAD's self regulatory process. The watchdog group had requested substantiation of a print ad for University Medical's Face Lift skin care product which claimed that "After 28 days product users will notice the regeneration of cells restoring the appearance of youthful, beautiful radiant skin."
