DELANEY CLAUSE REVISIONS ADDRESSED IN HOUSE FDA REFORM MEASURE released by the House Commerce Committee March 29. Sponsored by Rep. Scott Klug (R-Wis.), the FDA reform bill addressing foods will replace the Delaney Clause's "zero cancer risk" standard for food and color additives and animal drugs with a negligible or de minimus risk standard.
