AVON GLOBAL SKIN CARE BRAND SALES WILL MORE THAN DOUBLE BY 2000, from $191.7 mil. in 1995, following the introduction of two new skin care lines in 1997 and 1998, Avon Marketing President Andrea Jung projected at an April 3 analysts meeting in New York City. In 1995, Avon's global skin care brands sales were generated by its Anew and Revival franchises. The company highlighted Anew's dominance in the alpha hydroxy acid market, noting that the brand brought in $155 mil. in sales during the year.
