Laboratoires Garnier: L'Oreal subsidiary's first product launching in the U.S. will be Belle Color 20-minute ColorEase Gel permanent hair color. The company's other product offerings, currently available in Europe, Asia and Canada, include Movida hair color, Grafic hairstyling products, Ultra Doux shampoos and conditioners, Neutralia Hair and skin care products, Synergie skin care items, Ambre Solaire sun care products and Start grooming products for men. Shipping in July to 30,000-35,000 chain drug, food and mass market doors, Belle Color will be backed by a $20 mil. ad/promo budget.
