RENAISSANCE MOVING INTO EYE, LIP COLOR MARKET WITH PURCHASE OF NAT ROBBINS, the sole brand marketed by Port Washington, N.Y.-based Great American Cosmetics. Renaissance Cosmetics announced June 25 that a definitive agreement had been reached under which it will acquire Great American Cosmetics, purchasing not only the Nat Robbins trademark but also Great American's primary warehousing and distribution facility in Long Island and two smaller satellite sites in Florida and Pennsylvania. Terms were not disclosed.
