Renaissance Cosmetics: Acquisition of Great American Cosmetics' Nat Robbins brand closed Aug. 22, Renaissance said. Renaissance plans to introduce the line of lip, eye and nail products in Europe and the Americas region by the end of the company's fiscal year (March 31), the firm added.
