FDA COSMETICS INTERNET SITE HAD 3,100 ACCESSES IN SEPTEMBER, representing a 20% increase over hits to the site in June, FDA Office of Cosmetics and Colors Director John Bailey, PhD, told the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association's annual scientific conference held Nov. 3-5 in Atlanta, Ga. About 20% of the September cosmetics hits came from overseas, and 11% were from educational institutions, Bailey noted.
