Effective June 1, Lancome Deputy General Manager Margaret Sharkey will oversee the development and strategy of the brand as general manager, reporting to Cosmair President and CEO Guy Peyrelongue. Cosmair parent L'Oreal S.A. acquired the rights to Helena Rubinstein operations worldwide in 1988.
