Spots designed by Cosmar's ad agency, Lambesis (Del Mar, Calif.), will create a "global identity" for the Nail Fetish nail care products, the Fetish girls' fragrance and the makeup line, the company said. Cosmar decided to develop the campaign to present a unified, "cool and edgy" image to the growing teen girls' market, the company noted.
