Perry Ellis: Nationwide cosmetics line launch canceled, Parlux Fragrances said. The 24-product color cosmetics and skin care line was initially set for a nationwide launch this past spring. The collection was being test marketed in 45 Ulta 3 specialty cosmetic store doors in the U.S. in August 1996 ("The Rose Sheet" Aug. 19, 1996, p. 8).
