DECLEOR WHITENING LINE WITH GRAPEFRUIT, WHITE MULBERRY FOR ALL SKIN TONES and skin types is slated to bow in spas, salons and Nordstrom doors in August, Decleor said. Formulated to "control and normalize melanin production," the nine-product skin bleaching line uses Decleor's whitening plant complex, which combines grapefruit and Japanese white mulberry, the company said. Decleor originally introduced the line in Asia and is now bringing it to the U.S. for women of "all ages, skin types and skin tones, who want to lessen the appearance of pigmentation spots, freckles and dull skin."
