Print spots breaking in October or November beauty and fashion books will advertise three new eye pencils. L'Oreal Eyecolour Brightener Line and Shadow Pencil enhances and brightens natural eye color in six complementing shades, including Citrine Flash, Mineral Shine and Amber Shimmer. The Eye Smoker Line and Shadow Crayon -- a long-wearing, blendable powder to cream formula -- comes in six shades, ranging from Noir to Antique Gold. The dual-ended Brow Colourist Colour and Highlighting Pencil for brows has a pencil and brow brush on one end and "subtle shimmering" highlighting powder on the other. The pencil is available in eight shades, including Ash Blonde with Shell powder, Dark Brown with Putty powder and Red Mahogany with Brick powder.
