Executive Summary
Gains custom-shaped tube-filling capacity with purchase of A-D Pack Norden's (Lancaster, Calif.) tube-filling systems and contracts serviced by the systems, Kolmar parent Outsourcing Services Group said. The new equipment increases Kolmar's Corona, Calif.-based manufacturing facility's production capacity to 25 mil. units per year. The acquisition also gives the firm the ability to accommodate metal and non-metal tubes and manufacture Design-A-Seal crimps.
