AMERICAN CREW DISTRIBUTION TO APPROACH 30 COUNTRIES by the end of 1998, in an attempt to put the salon hair care brand's international sales "on par" with American Crew's domestic business, the Revlon subsidiary said. The firm now markets men's salon hair care and toiletry products in 15 to 16 countries, including the U.S., the U.K., France, Germany and Ireland, with plans to add eight to 10 more countries, such as Belgium, Iceland, Saudi Arabia and Thailand, by the end of the year. During the second half, the company will focus its efforts on opening markets in Central and South America.
