L'Oreal skin care "innovation" to bow in 1999 as a partner product to Turning Point Instant Facial, the company said. L'Oreal postponed the Turning Point launch until early 1999 "to partner it with another recently developed product innovation." According to the company, it "made more sense to synchronize [the two product] launches to enhance the total concept."
