AVON LEADERSHIP RECRUITING PROGRAM WILL EARN REPS UP TO 12% ANNUALLY on a sliding scale, the company said. Avon is enhancing its Leadership Program with improved bonus opportunities for sales representatives based on the reps they personally recruit and train. The program was originally established in 1993. The enhanced leadership plan will eventually replace Avon's Sponsorship Earnings Program, instituted in 1985, which offers company sales representatives a 5% fixed commission based upon sales of reps they enlist and refer to the direct seller.
