MoistureStay Lipliner has an "innovative" angled tip to create a thick or thin-sized line to either outline lips or fill them in, the company said. The lipliners will come in 10 shades to complement all 40 MoistureStay lip colors in shade groups of Shells, Toffees, Raisins and Plums. MoistureStay Lipcolors will be extended with 10 new shades, including Spice, Burgundy and Caramel. MoistureStay Lipliners will retail for $7.50 each.
