ESTEE LAUDER HAIR CARE SALES UP 25.6% TO $21.6 MIL. in the fiscal fourth quarter (ended June 30), following the first full reporting period for the Aveda salon hair care business since the acquisition and integration of the Minneapolis-based firm. Through 12 months, Lauder hair care sales increased to $56.5 mil., the company reported Aug. 18. Lauder's plans for Aveda in FY 1999 include doubling Aveda Concept Salons and increasing Environmental Lifestyle stores to 200.
