Acquires remaining 50% share of Myungmy Cosmetics Co. (Seoul, South Korea) the week of Aug. 17, Darmstadt, Germany-based Wella said. Myungmy's Assan-based production facility is the "second most important base in Asia" and generated 12% of Wella's worldwide sales, the company noted.
