SABLE HAIR FARMS ROGAINE, MINOXIDIL SUPERIORITY CLAIMS TEMPORARILY BARRED pending a full trial under a Chicago federal court preliminary injunction and asset freeze issued by Judge George Lindberg. Pompano Beach, Fla.-based Sable Hair Farming Systems has claimed its hair regrowth products are superior to Pharmacia & Upjohn's Rogaine or generic minoxidil in preventing, reducing or reversing hair loss. The judge found that studies submitted by Jacqueline Sabal, dba, Sable Hair Farming Systems, for her "hair farming" products "do not constitute valid scientific evidence that any hair farming products actually work."
