Executive Summary
The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association is asking the TransAtlantic Business Dialogue to take action on an exemption of cosmetic-drugs and address the speed of approval of sunscreen ingredient labeling in its June and December 1999 summits. CTFA made the request in Nov. 30 draft comments following the last TABD meeting held in Charlotte N.C. Nov. 5-7.
