Bath Preparations Make USTR's EU Duty Targets List

The U.S. Trade Representative has included certain bath preparations in its list of consumer products imported from the to European Union scheduled to be the subject of a 100% ad valorem tariff, USTR announced Dec. 21. The increased duty could take effect as early as Feb. 1.
