Pfizer files trademark dilution complaint against fragrance knock-off marketer Park Plaza Fragrances (New York City) for the unauthorized use of its Viagra mark in Manhattan federal court Dec. 21. Viagra is Pfizer's mark for the erectile dysfunction treatment sildenafil. Park Plaza "is engaged in selling 'smellalike' fragrances for men and women at prices well below those for the name brands" on its Web site, the suit states.
