Lancaster's use of the Davidoff GoodLife name for its new men's fragrance infringes on Parfum de Coeur's Great Life trademark for men's fragrances, according to a recent complaint filed in Manhattan federal court. The mark is likely to create the "false impression" the Davidoff scent is endorsed, authorized or produced by Parfums de Coeur, the company asserts.
