AM Cosmetics' Jonel franchise will "undergo a metamorphosis" from a nail implements brand into a full-service nail care contender in 2000 with its first introductions in the nail color and treatment categories, the company said. The nail colors will be available in promotional packs in the fall and in full display in spring 2000.
