Expects to raise $67.5 mil. from initial public offering, according to the Internet store's preliminary prospectus filed with the SEC May 19. Drugstore.com said it has available for order more than 17,000 nonpharmacy SKUs, which makes it the largest product selection on the Internet, according to the company. Drugstore.com purchases 82% of its nonpharmaceutical items from Walsh Distribution, but the electronic store said it is considering establishing its own distribution center to fill orders.
