Carol Hamilton to newly created position of deputy general manager for L'Oreal's retail division. Hamilton is responsible for financial management and strategic development. She joined Cosmair in 1984 as director of marketing for L'Oreal Cosmetics and most recently was retail senior VP-marketing.
