New CIR panel member

Paul Snyder, PhD, succeeds William Carlton, PhD, Purdue University, who rotated off the Cosmetic Ingredient Review panel in December. Snyder is an assistant professor of pathology at Purdue University's School of Veterinary Medicine. His qualifications match well with those of Carlton, who had similar expertise in veterinary pathology. Snyder is an American College of Veterinary Pathologists diplomat and has training and research interests in immunology and toxicologic pathology. Snyder's first CIR panel meeting was held Feb. 14-15 (1see related stories, pp. 8-9)
