Gap Outlet recalls approximately 20,000 body lotion bottles after the products were found to be contaminated with the bacteria Burkholderia cepacia. The 18 oz. lotions were sold under the Om, Grass and Earth brand names in Gap Outlets' 114 stores from Aug. 16, 1999 to present. Consumers returning the products will receive a refund and a $10 gift certificate
