Executive Summary

Cosmetic Compendium containing requirements for advertising, labeling, composition and safety of cosmetic products in South Africa expected to be issued "fairly quickly," CTFA South Africa Technical Director Wally Hopton announces at the Colipa-sponsored Mutual Understanding meeting in Malta April 10-13.
