John Williams to VP-merchandizing and store development, overseeing design, production and editing aspects of the online drugstore. Williams joined drugstore.com in January 1999 and most recently served as acting general manager for the company's stores, or site "tabs." Before joining drugstore.com, he was director of brand management for Starbucks and Microsoft's online magazine publisher. Williams' new responsibilities previously were held by VP-Marketing and Store Development Suzan Delbene, who left the company.
