Consolidated trial in separate lawsuits brought by the state and Perry Gottesfeld had been slated to begin Oct. 10, but defendants Bergen Brunswig and Reedco requested a stay pending FDA review of the ingredient's safety (1"The Rose Sheet" Sept. 4, p. 7).
