Former Sephora Senior VP-Merchandising Stephen Bock to president-retail, Avon announces Jan. 5. Bock will be responsible for the direct-seller's new retail strategy for Becoming, scheduled to launch in the fall. He will manage relationships between partners Sears and J.C. Penney, marketing, merchandising and sales of the brand, as well as oversee management of the Avon Centre Spa and Salon.
