Jean-Paul Agon to L'Oreal USA President and CEO effective Oct. 1, Parisian firm announces. Agon succeeds Guy Peyrelongue, who is retiring after 15 years at the helm. Agon has worked as managing director of firm's Asia zone since 1997 and has held numerous positions throughout Europe and Asia.
