Elizabeth Arden expects to generate sales in the $840 mil.-$870 mil. range in fiscal 2002 (ending Jan. 31, 2002), the first full year of sales for the FFI and Arden businesses combined. The acquisition of the Arden business was completed by FFI Jan. 23, prompting the company to adopt its new name.
