Judge Carlos Moreno granted preliminary injunction against defendants Five Stars Realty, Five Stars Investment Corp., Five Stars Mortgage, Julio Daniel, Marlen Daniel and their agents on July 30. Group is "enjoined and restrained from distribution advertising and selling any counterfeit or decoded Sebastian products," according to Sebastian.
