Addition of full-service beauty products distributor, franchiser Armstrong-McCall to Alberto-Culver's Beauty Systems Group expected to add approximately $75 mil. in sales in last three quarters of fiscal 2002 (ending Sept. 30), firm says. Armstrong-McCall, a major distributor of L'Oréal's Matrix, has annual sales of more than $100 mil., Alberto-Culver says. Salon products distributor will extend Beauty Systems Group to over half the U.S. with operations across southern U.S. and in Mexico, Alberto predicts.
