Intercosmetics and Escada Beaute to be combined into one U.S. fragrance and cosmetics division called Cosmopolitan Cosmetics, Wella announces June 25. Move, which follows Wella's acquisition of Adipar/ Escada business, aims to reinforce Wella's position in the U.S. market, firm says. Combined division will be better aligned with Wella's German fragrance and cosmetics division, also called Cosmopolitan Cosmetics. U.S. business will be led by former Adipar President and CEO Donald Loftus, while Intercosmetics President and CEO Martha Brady has left the company to pursue other interests, Wella says.
